Purchases Return policy

 

If you experience any problems with any of your device or purchased accessories, please contact Customer Service at info@oinotropies.com or call +357 25 314420. 

After we have processed your contact and offered our advice, we will inform you accordingly about rejecting or accepting your request according to our WARRANTY POLICY mentioned below.

To be eligible for a return, considering you have proved your device or accessory is defective and not damaged from abuse, the device must be in the condition in which you received it, with intact yet open original package. You’ll also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received following the shipping procedure our customer service will guide you through, the item will be inspected and considering it qualifies for a replacement as per your proof, you will be contacted accordingly for further information and a possible replacement procedure.

Please note: 

  • In case any capsules returned will not be replaced.
  • If you purchased your device or accessory at any of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy information.
  • Please note that any shipping charges are non-refundable. The final shipping of a prospect replacement will be of no additional cost.

 

Special offers Return Policy

 

Returns for all special offer’s purchases, will be honored for 48 hours after the purchase. To return a device or accessory purchased from this e-shop, please contact Customer Service at info@oinotropies.com or call +357 25 3114420 supplying the reason of the return. Returns will be accepted if a device or accessory bought in special offer is malfunctioning or has a defect. Our customer service may require evidence of the malfunction or defect and will guide you through a process that will help in identifying any obvious cause or guide you through the correct operation of same. If a replacement is deemed necessary the corresponding person will guide you through the return of the defective device. As soon as its received, a replacement procedure will be organized and you will be informed accordingly.

Please note: 

  • Customer Service will require presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify purchase date
  • Coravin Capsules are non-returnable and will not be refunded or replaced if shipped along. 
  • If you purchased your Coravin System at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy information.
  • Please note that any shipping charges are non-refundable. The final shipping of a prospect replacement will be of no additional cost.

 

Warranty Policy

 

Oinotropies warrants that your devices will be free from defects and or malfunction in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We will, at our option, repair or replace any device that fails to comply with this warranty under normal use and following care instructions. We will require presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify purchase date. 

  • Any defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of any of the goods, while malfunction report is valid for one year only in the case of devices. 
  • Accessories are not bound to any warranty unless proven defective at an obvious first use within 7 days of purchase

Important notes: 

  • Oinotropies warranty does NOT include coverage for the loss of or damage to any wine with respect to which a device or accessory was used.
  • Oinotropies does not warrant any accessory that has been heavily used 

                                                     

Refunds 
 Once your return is approved, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the replacement approval or the rejection of your return. 
 If you are approved, then your device will be replaced with an equal or similar device of the same standard. Color or model may vary according to the brand’s development and evolution at the time of the replacement’s return.

Considering the approval, your return will be processed after you are notified and as soon as possible, in a rational period that, our replacement stock will allow. 


THINGS TO BE AWARE OF...

We recommend that you keep the packaging your product was shipped in so you can easily repack your item in the required packaging in the event of a return. 

Please keep the following in mind when preparing your purchase for return:

* Include all manufacturer's original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

* Make sure the item that has been returned does match the original item shipped 

* The returned item is not missing parts or the original products packaging.
