Collection/use of your personal data
Personal data is information that identifies you. Oinotropies Wine Essentials does not collect your personal data unless you have expressly provided it (eg when you register to receive Newsletters by email, messages on your mobile phone, enter competitions, order products or services or request information ) and for a specific purpose (e.g. sending Newsletters/messages, to answer your questions, to satisfy your requests or to inform you about the results of a competition, to deliver/place a product) and if you have provided your consent for their use. Oinotropies Wine Essentials requests and receives from you only those data that are absolutely necessary to serve the purpose for which they were given and are used exclusively and only for the purposes for which they have been collected.
The data provided by you will be held/stored by us only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which you have communicated your data to us and in compliance with the applicable statutory provisions.
If you have given us your express consent to use your personal data for marketing purposes (subscribing to the Oinotropies Wine Essentials Newsletter or sending messages to your mobile phone), we will use your data for this purpose until you withdraw your consent (i) through the special Un-subscribe link at the end of each Newsletter.
Data transmission
Oinotropies Wine Essentials may need to transfer your personal data to other companies of the Findi Trading Ltd group as well as to external service providers for further processing (e.g. for sending/placing products or for running competitions) or for maintenance /support of our information systems.
Oinotropies Wine Essentials contractually binds said third parties to process personal data based on this Policy, on the management/protection of personal data and European and domestic legislation and jurisprudence on personal data protection.
Oinotropies Wine Essentials warrants that it will not transfer, disclose, assign, etc. of your personal data to third parties (other than those mentioned herein) for any purpose or use unless this is made mandatory by applicable law or is required by public/judicial bodies/authorities.
